What is your return policy for turntables and electronics?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unopened packaging. Please note that used styli, cartridges, and opened headphones are non-returnable due to health and hygiene standards.

How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?

We use custom-made, heavy-duty cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with extra inserts to prevent corner dings, and for high-value orders, we use double-boxing techniques.

Do you offer international shipping for heavy audio equipment?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the equipment and your location. Please note that some electronic items may require a voltage converter for use outside of North America.

My order arrived with a manufacturing defect. What should I do?

If your gear is defective out of the box, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund after inspection.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the 'Processing' status in our warehouse, we are unable to make further changes.
