Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in brand new, unopened condition with all original packaging. We strive to ensure every audiophile is satisfied with their gear, but please note that some items like phono cartridges and stylus replacements are non-returnable once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, then place them inside a sturdy outer shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
